11 Things You Should Never Google in 2023

Things You Should Never Google

The Internet is for everyone, right? But sometimes, you have to be a bit careful. That’s because there are a ton of things you should never Google. Why only Google? Well, that’s because it’s the search engine the majority relies on.

Now, Google has a ton of information (in the form of articles, videos, images, news, etc.). Unfortunately, some of that information could be misleading for some. Similarly, some of that information may be toxic for some users or may ruin their day.

So, what are those most disturbing google search things you shouldn’t google? We are about to explore them in this blog post. So, let us get into it!

Interesting Fact: It Took us Nearly a Whole Week To Find Out these terms That You Shouldn’t Google. Imagine, How Weird And Disturbing These Terms Could Be?

1: “Huntsman Spider.”

A spider? What’s wrong with googling about different species of a spider? Well, we get you, but this spider isn’t normal. It is the world’s largest spider because of its extra-long legs (up to 5-6 inches).

Now, the size and appearance of this spider may ruin your day. Though generally, they aren’t deadly to humans, their appearance, how they prey, etc., might make you feel uncomfortable. So, this is one of the first phrases that you should never google.

2: “Botfly Removal.”

Be very scared with this term. That’s because it’s also an insect specie that can be quite dangerous to human health. Its disrobing images can turn a good day into a bad one. As the name says, it’s a fly that bites humans.

However, with its bites, it also lays its larva (eggs) within the human blood. So, this larva starts turning into tiny Botflies, which can be both painful and awful. There are many videos on botfly removal on the internet.

So, if you don’t want to constantly think about this ridiculous flying insect specie, it is better to avoid searching for it.

3: “Larva in Mouth.”

Wait, what? Larva in a human mouth? How weird is that? Let us take some time to write about it (it’s that weird).

You don’t want to see those images and videos coming into your dream once you sleep after searching for these terms. That’s why it is one of the least searched things on Google.

There is a very rare disease known as Myiasis. Usually, patients suffering from Myiasis are already suffering anxiety or panic attacks. These patients somehow get affected by the larva of flying insects which eventually starts growing within their tissues and body cells.

Though the treatments are there but they can be very painful and disturbing to get through. So, avoid googling this term on search engines.

4: “Red Pill.”

“Red Pill” is not just another term you should not search on Google. In fact, it is a lot more than just a search term. It basically refers to an ideology (that most men believe). Therefore, women (especially those who like to express their thoughts in favor of women’s empowerment) should never google these terms.

That’s because Red Pill is a community on Reddit which believes that it’s the men who suffer the most. So if a woman approached them (for whatever reason), that’s considered as a moral act by society. Whereas if a man approached a woman (even for the sake of some help), that’s not welcomed in our society.

So, these men think that women should only raise children and cook at home. But, at the same time, men are responsible for feeding them.

Now, there are a lot of critics of this community. Many believe that it’s not what today’s women believe. So, it’s a kind of conspiracy. That’s why you should stay away from all this.

5: “Pressure Cooker Bombs.”

Well, that’s the term which an American named “Michele” searched on the internet. He searched these terms at his workplace. After some days, police showed up at his house. Later on, they investigated the matter deeply and said it to be an unintentional search act.

Pressure cooker bombs can be fatal for humans. Back in the day, some terrorists even sued it for various terrorist attacks. That’s why it is not a good idea to google this term. The investigators aren’t aware of your intentions behind such searches. So, they may even show up at your house. Therefore, it is better to avoid searching for such phrases.

6: “Tub Girl.”

Especially for a teenager, the term “Tub Girl” can be dangerous simply because the search results may show some disturbing (nude) images and even videos (in some cases). In the early days of the internet (even before YouTube), there used to be a website known as Rotten.com.

So, in the year 2000, the website posted a video of a woman who was lying down in the bathtub. She was all nude. Now, that’s not an appropriate image for everyone to view.

Later on, several YouTube videos went viral (reaction videos, to be exact). Further, the term “Tub Girl” also went viral on platforms like TikTok and Facebook. Some websites even used this image to gain some traffic.

7: “The Murder Island.”

Don’t be afraid. You just don’t have to search for it. This term is one of the scary things you should never google. This island is located in Thailand. Its original name is “Koh Toh Island.”

Since 2018, many travelers have been found dead on this island. However, the reason is still unknown. Some sources say it was an accidental death, while others say it could be a natural one. The conspiracy started when a British traveler was found dead in a pool located in a hotel on the island.

Police took the dead body for investigation, but not any confirmed death causes came out. The same happened a few years ago when a couple (who probably were on vacation) was found dead.

Today, Koh Toh island has a very bad reputation among travelers. Therefore, even if you do not intend to plan for a vacation, we recommend not searching for this term.

8: Brazilian Girls

Brazilians usually wear bikinis. Therefore, when you search these terms, you may encounter many waxing tutorials.

Most of these tutorials are made by women themselves. You’ll see a ton of butts and stuff which may be appropriate for some. So, searching for such terms is never a good idea unless you are a pervert.

9: Your Current Symptoms

You may have a different perception about this, but still, experts don’t recommend googling your current symptoms. That’s because the search results are not always in your favor. Furthermore, you can mistakenly input the wrong symptom. Or you could be unaware of what’s actually happening with your body.

So, there are many reasons here. Remember that Google is an AI-powered search engine. So, at times, it may not show the most accurate results. Google is not your family physician.

Since the internet became accessible to everyone, several cases have been reported where people went into stress just because of searching for what they were feeling at a particular moment. So, if you are suffering from a disease or are just not feeling well, go to your doctor.

10: “The Calculus Bridge.”

Time to solve some calculus equations? Well, no. The term “Calculus Bridge” does not refer to any calculus-related equations as it is not a mathematical term. Rather it refers to the intensive amount of plaque that builds around the teeth.

A person suffering from the calculus bridge cannot eat properly because of bleeding gums. Further, the bad breath makes it tough to roam around with people.

Treating this dental issue isn’t as human-friendly as some of you think. So, while you will search for these terms, its procedural images and videos will pop up. Unfortunately, these images can be stubbing for many.

11: Your Favorite Food Item

Last but not the least, it’s your favorite food item that you shouldn’t google. The reason here is pretty funny. You’ll end up ordering one for yourself. Well, that’s good for restaurants and food chains, but what about your own health and saving? So, if you are diet-conscious, you should never search for your favorite food item.

What to Search on the internet (or Google)?
