• Pilot / access requests. When you submit our enterprise form, we collect your name, work email, company, role, and anything you choose to tell us about what you'd like to test.
• Scheduling. If you book a conversation, our scheduling provider collects the details needed to set up the meeting (name, email, selected time, and anything you add).

Information collected automatically

• Usage & device data. Like most sites, we and our analytics providers may collect basic technical information — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring links — to understand how the site is used.

3. How we use it

• To respond to pilot and access requests and schedule conversations.
• To operate, maintain, and improve the website.
• To communicate with you about your request.
• To comply with legal obligations and protect against misuse.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, and only as needed:

• Hosting: Cloudflare (website hosting and delivery).
• Scheduling: Calendly (booking conversations).
• Form handling: Formspree (delivering form submissions to us).
• Analytics: Google Analytics (understanding site usage).

These providers process information on our behalf under their own terms and privacy commitments. We may also disclose information if required by law.

5. What we don't do

To be clear and direct:

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not use your information — or any data you share with us — to train AI or machine-learning models.
• We do not share your information with advertisers for their own marketing.

As stated above, we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is no opt-out needed for that.
