Terms of Service for Rav.ai
Rav.ai provides AI-powered video editing and other personalized generative AI services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
2. Membership
2.1. Eligibility
To use Rav.ai, you must:
- Be at least 16 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
- Have an active Internet connection and a Rav.ai ready device.
2.2. Membership Continuity
Your Rav.ai membership will continue until terminated. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method (“Payment Method”) for the recurring subscription fee. Unless you cancel your membership before the next billing date, you will be charged for the subsequent billing cycle.
2.3. Subscription Plans
We offer a variety of subscription plans with distinct features and limitations. Details regarding your plan can be accessed via your Rav.ai account settings. Some plans may be provided in partnership with third-party services, which may impose additional terms and fees.
3. Billing and Payment
3.1. Billing Cycle
Subscription fees and applicable taxes will be charged to your Payment Method on the billing date indicated in your account. Billing cycles may vary based on your subscription plan. Adjustments to your billing date may occur due to changes in your subscription plan or unsuccessful payment attempts.
3.2. Payment Methods
To access Rav.ai, you must provide a valid Payment Method. You authorize us to charge any stored Payment Method if your primary one is declined. If payments remain uncollected, your access may be suspended until payment is resolved.
3.3. Cancellation
You can cancel your Rav.ai membership at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period. Payments are non-refundable, and no credits are provided for partial periods or unused services.
3.4. Price and Plan Changes
Rav.ai reserves the right to adjust pricing and subscription plans. Notice of such changes will be provided at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
4. Use of Rav.ai Service
4.1. Personal and Non-Commercial Use
The Rav.ai service is for personal use. You agree not to share your account credentials or use the service for unauthorized commercial purposes.
4.2. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of the videos and media you submit. By uploading content, you grant Rav.ai a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to process, modify, and edit your content for the purpose of providing the service.
4.3. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer or interfere with the service’s functionality.
- Submit illegal, harmful, or copyrighted materials without authorization.
- Use the platform to distribute malicious software.
5. Quality and Availability
Rav.ai strives to provide high-quality services but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Service availability may vary depending on device capabilities, Internet speed, and geographic restrictions.
6. Privacy and Security
Your use of Rav.ai is subject to our Privacy Policy. We prioritize the protection of your data but cannot guarantee complete security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
7. Termination of Service
Rav.ai reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or misuse of the service. Termination does not entitle you to refunds for any unused portion of your subscription.
8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
Rav.ai is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rav.ai disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.
9. Amendments to Terms
Rav.ai may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after the updates take effect signifies acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America. These terms will not limit any consumer protection rights that you may be entitled to under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
