The service
Rav.ai is a cloud-based platform that allows you to upload raw video, audio, and image files and receive edited video in return, including the ability to use another video as an inspiration template and to submit revision requests until you are satisfied with your project.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
Acceptable use
When using Rav.ai, you agree not to:
- Submit illegal, harmful, or copyrighted materials without authorization;
- Use the platform to distribute malicious software;
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the functionality of the service;
- Resell, redistribute, or make the service available to third parties except as expressly permitted;
- Use the service for any unlawful or inappropriate purpose.
Payment, subscription, and cancellation
Paid plans are billed as described in the app at the time of purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time from within your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you retain access until then. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the original media you upload. You grant Rav.ai the rights necessary to process, edit, and deliver your media as part of providing the service. The Rav.ai platform, software, and underlying technology remain our property.
Third-party links and services

We assume no responsibility for the content or practices of any third-party sites and are not liable for any damage or loss caused by your use of them. We advise you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Rav AI Inc. or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever — including loss of profits, data, or business interruption — arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the service. Your use of Rav.ai is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We prioritize the protection of your data but cannot guarantee complete security.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America. These Terms will not limit any consumer-protection rights to which you may be entitled under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
